FiilHome – Returns Policy
Simple, transparent, and friendly. Everything you need to know — in one place.
Good to Know
- You have 45 days from the purchase date to return an item (unless stated otherwise on the product page).
- Your first return for each order is free. Additional returns from the same order will include a $4.50 return shipping fee.
- Once your request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
- Refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within 5–14 business days (sometimes up to 30 days depending on your bank/card issuer).
How to Return an Item
- Send a request via email to info@fiilhome.com including your order number, full name, and the item you'd like to return.
- Receive approval and a return shipping label from us.
- Pack the item like new — unused, with all tags and original packaging.
- Ship only after approval — packages sent without approval cannot be accepted.
Tip: Keep the tracking number until your refund is completed — it speeds up processing.
Return Conditions
- The item must be in new condition (not worn, washed, or used).
- All original tags and stickers must be attached.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
- Food items, personal-care products, or custom-made items.
- Underwear and items labeled as non-returnable on their product page.
- Gift cards and Final Sale items.
Refunds
- Once the returned item arrives and is inspected, we will email you with the status update.
- If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Used/damaged/ incomplete items may receive a partial refund.
- Shipping fees, import taxes, or insurance are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end.
Exchanges
Fastest method: return the item and place a new order for the desired size/color.
Orders Shipped to the EU
Customers in EU countries have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
