Welcome to FiilHome (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and online store, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available here (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.
1. Eligibility & Account Access
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence, or that you have provided consent for minors using your device(s).
You may be required to provide certain details (email, billing/shipping address, payment information). You affirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and that you are authorized to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.
2. Our Products
We aim to present our products as accurately as possible, but colors, textures, and appearance may vary depending on your device and display settings.
We do not guarantee that product appearance, quality, or features will fully meet your expectations.
Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue items or limit quantities, availability, or eligibility by person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
3. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. FiilHome may accept or reject an order at our discretion. An order is considered “confirmed” only after we accept it and process your payment.
Please verify your order before submitting—cancellations may not be possible after approval. If we decline or modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email, phone number, or billing address you provided.
Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you confirm that your purchase is for personal/home use only—not for resale or commercial export.
4. Pricing & Billing
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs fees, and import duties.
Online pricing may differ from physical stores or other websites. Certain promotions may have separate terms; where conflicting, promotional terms apply.
You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and account information and to keep it updated (email, card number, expiration date).
By submitting payment, you confirm that: (i) the card information is accurate; (ii) you are authorized to use it; (iii) your card issuer will honor the charge; and (iv) you agree to pay all applicable charges, including shipping, taxes, and fees.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once a package is handed to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services—including trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, video, audio, layout, and design—is owned by FiilHome, our affiliates, or licensed providers, and is protected by law.
Use of the Services is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works, or otherwise use any content without written permission.
All FiilHome names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of FiilHome. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify. Other marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Optional Third-Party Tools
We may provide access to tools or features operated by third parties “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or oversight. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third-party’s terms. Future features will also be subject to these Terms.
8. Third-Party Links
The Services may include links to external websites or embedded third-party features. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these sites. Please review their terms before engaging in any transaction. Claims regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant provider.
9. Relationship with Shopify
This website runs on Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and FiilHome. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us, and you release Shopify from any claim arising from your interactions with FiilHome.
10. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy, and in some cases also by Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read both policies.
Because Shopify hosts our store, the information you provide may be transferred to Shopify and other third parties (including outside your country) for purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
11. User Content & Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, plans, or similar content (“Feedback”), you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, copy, modify, distribute, and display the Feedback in any medium, including for commercial purposes.
You confirm that you own the rights to the Feedback, have disclosed any compensation received, and that the content complies with these Terms. We are not obligated to maintain confidentiality, respond, or provide compensation.
You may not submit illegal, abusive, defamatory, harmful, infringing, or obscene content, nor upload malware or malicious code. Misrepresentation or impersonation is prohibited. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your submissions.
12. Errors & Inaccuracies
Occasionally, information may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding pricing, product descriptions, availability, or shipping. We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders based on inaccurate information at any time without notice (including after an order is submitted).
13. Prohibited Uses
The Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to): illegal conduct; violating laws; infringing IP rights; harassment; spreading misinformation; spam; phishing; distributing harmful code; scraping; bypassing security features; collecting personal data of others; interfering with other users’ experience; or exposing us or Shopify to liability.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date. Sections intended to survive termination—such as intellectual property, liability, feedback licenses, and legal clauses—will remain in effect.

The information in the Services is provided for general purposes only. Except where explicitly stated otherwise, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, the applicable laws will control.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiilHome, its partners, officers, employees, suppliers, licensors, and Shopify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Services or products, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunities—even if advised of the possibility.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FiilHome, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) violation of any law or third-party right; or (3) your use of the Services.
18. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent allowed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our store policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and FiilHome and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights at any time.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the FiilHome business headquarters is located. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
22. Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23. Changes to Terms
You may review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We may update or replace parts of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check for changes. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
