Shipping Policy – FiilHome
Key Points
- We ship to the United States, United Kingdom and most countries worldwide.
- Standard shipping – free on most orders.
- Express shipping – available for an additional fee (or free above a certain order amount, when applicable).
- Estimated delivery times: Standard: 4–9 business days
- Processing time before shipping: 1–3 business days.
- Your order may arrive in more than one package so we can deliver items as quickly as possible.
Delays & Compensation
- If we pass the latest estimated delivery date and your order still hasn’t arrived, you may be eligible for a store credit or refund.
- If tracking shows no new updates for more than 15 days, we’ll offer a refund or a reshipment (depending on the situation and your preference).
- If your order has not arrived within 55 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- You can also check your order status anytime through your FiilHome account on our website.
Tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t see it?
- Double-check that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Ask family members, neighbors, or a building concierge/security desk.
- Look around your door area, mailbox, or common delivery spots.
- Still nothing? Reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Duties, VAT & Customs
- Prices on our website generally do not include VAT, customs duties, or import fees that may apply in your country.
- UK & international orders: Any customs, VAT, duties, or import taxes charged by your local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Changes & Cancellation Before Shipping
- If your order has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update the address or cancel.
- Once the package is with the carrier, we’ll check with them if an address change or reroute is still possible, but we cannot guarantee it.
